    I booked a room with one big bed, when I arrived I was told that since the room was booked for 1 night, I could not get a room with 1 bed and was given a room with two. It was a matter of principle for me.

    The amazing views from the pool and our room were fine. The breakfast offered a rich selection, including true honey. Staff was friendly and helpful.

    Though the location offers free ferry rides, the deposit policy felt out of standard. I encountered rudeness at the front desk, which dampened my overall experience.
